In Pin-Balma, only fifteen minutes from central Toulouse, Domaine de la Seillonne stretches out beneath mature oak trees behind a long stone façade. The country house has been fully renovated in a warm, relaxed style, with pale bamboo floors, white walls, collected furniture and colourful details.
The property consists of two independent wings, La Rouvraie and Soulcami, brought together so that your group can enjoy the entire estate exclusively. Three living spaces, two kitchens and six bedrooms give everyone room to unwind before gathering around the large dining table.
Nothing is shared. Yours is the only group staying on the property.

The private pool sits within extensive wooded grounds and is fenced with a safety gate. Beside it, the terrace has a dining table, chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue.
Free parking is available directly in front of the property, with ample room even when the whole group arrives separately.

The security deposit is held as a card pre-authorisation. Nothing is charged, and the hold is released after departure when everything is in order.

Every stay includes a written rental agreement confirming the dates, guest numbers and conditions, so everything is clear for both parties.

Can we hold a wedding or party at the estate?
Yes. Weddings, birthdays, family reunions, corporate retreats and other events are welcome at Domaine de la Seillonne. The estate is secluded and reserved exclusively for your group, with no immediate neighbours.
How many guests can the estate accommodate?
Up to 20 overnight guests can stay across six double bedrooms and four sofa beds. For daytime receptions, the grounds and terrace can welcome more guests; capacity is agreed with you according to the event.
How far is the estate from Toulouse?
The estate is in Pin-Balma (31130), around 15 minutes by car from central Toulouse, approximately 10 kilometres away. Balma-Gramont park-and-ride is a 10-minute drive, although travelling by car remains the easiest option. Parking on the property is free.
How much does it cost to hire the estate?
Rates are provided on request. The quote depends on the season, length of stay, number of guests and type of event. Call us and we will prepare a tailored proposal.
Can we view the estate before booking?
Yes, free of charge and with no obligation. Viewings are available by appointment. Call us on +33 7 77 69 34 46 to arrange a convenient time.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, as a card pre-authorisation. No money is taken from your account; the hold is released after departure once the estate has been returned in good condition. Every booking also includes a rental agreement.
Is the whole estate private?
Completely. Both wings, the pool, terrace, grounds and parking are reserved for your group. No spaces are shared and no other guests stay on the property. Only the garage and basement remain private and inaccessible.
Is the swimming pool secured?
Yes. The pool is fenced and accessed through a safety gate. As with any pool, children must remain under adult supervision.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome under their owners' responsibility. Simply let us know when you book.
