Mesra Conciergerie was founded by two computer science graduates, both with a Master's degree, who believe short-term rental management deserves a rigorous, high-performing and transparent approach.

An engineer by training, Jérémy puts data and optimisation at the heart of how the properties we manage perform.
His job is to turn market data (local demand, seasonality, competition and guest behaviour) into operational decisions that improve profitability and make income more stable.
At Mesra Conciergerie, he works on listing visibility, pricing and performance tracking, as well as on continuously improving the guest experience.
Born in Toulouse, he knows the dynamics and specifics of the local market inside out.
