You can permanently delete your Mesra Conciergerie account from the iOS or Android app or from your web area. Your request is processed as soon as you confirm.
Properties and data we keep
Deletion removes your account, its access rights, your documents, your contractual items, your tickets and your contact details. Properties managed by Mesra are not deleted: they are detached from the account, and the operating history that remains no longer contains any reference to your account. Data held by our service providers (booking platforms, electronic signature) is subject to their own retention periods and is not affected by this deletion. Details in the privacy policy.
Can no longer sign in? Email contact@mesra-conciergerie.com. Support is a fallback, not a required step.
