The apartment is bright and spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. The living room has a 3-seater sofa, two comfortable armchairs, a large TV and a marble fireplace, an ideal space to relax in the evening. The dining area, with its glass table for 6 people, is perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, blender, large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The marble worktop and oak furniture give it a very nice finish. A central island with 4 bar stools also allows you to have a casual breakfast without leaving the kitchen. The two bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed. The renovated bathroom has a large walk-in shower with rain shower and a double sink, very practical for 4 guests. The balcony, with its unobstructed view of Nice, is the perfect place for a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment: living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, balcony and washing machine. Arrival is self-guided thanks to a secure key box. You will receive the access code by message 24 hours before your arrival, without the need to coordinate with anyone.
