The apartment is located on the top floor and offers a bright and comfortable living space. The living room has a leather sofa, a dining table and a flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, coffee machine and washing machine. Both bedrooms offer a double bed and two single beds, with a shower room. The highlight of the accommodation is its generous 25 m² terrace, nicely furnished with garden furniture and an outdoor table, the perfect place to enjoy the sea and mountain views. You have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The building is secured by an intercom. An elevator serves the top floor. Paid parking on the street nearby. We are available via Airbnb messaging 7 days a week to answer your questions before and during your stay. We welcome each guest in person for key collection during our arrival window, from 16:00 to 22:00. Located on Avenue Pasteur, a short walk from the charming old town of Antibes and its Provencal market, the apartment gives you easy access to the best of the French Riviera. Antibes train station is a 15-minute walk away, with direct connections to Nice (30 min), Cannes (15 min) and Monaco. The seafront, beaches and Port Vauban are just minutes away. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all within easy reach. The area is quiet and residential, ideally located between the sea and the old town. The apartment is ideally located: everything is within walking distance. Antibes train station is about a 15-minute walk away and provides easy access to the entire coast, including Nice, Cannes, Monaco and other coastal towns. Non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed. For arrivals outside the scheduled hours, additional charges apply: €30 for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00, and €50 after 22:00. A small point to check in the original: the reception slot is until 22:00, but the late arrival fee starts at 20:00. The two contradict each other, to be harmonized before publication.
