International guests, and a legal framework all of its own
Grand Prix, Yacht Show, conference season: Monaco creates far more demand for accommodation than the Principality can house. Most of that demand spills over into the neighbouring French towns, and that is where we come in.

Short-term furnished lets are very strictly regulated in Monaco, where the rental market falls under a regime specific to the Principality. So we do not offer holiday let management there, and we would rather say so plainly than let you believe otherwise.
The demand Monaco generates, however, is very real, and it finds its beds on the French side, in Beausoleil, Cap-d'Ail and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. It is a market in its own right, with high rates and demanding guests.
The Grand Prix in May and the Yacht Show in September drive price peaks unmatched anywhere else on the coast, on dates known more than a year ahead. Those weeks are prepared long in advance, with minimum stays set to match.

No, but it weighs heavily over a year. What really makes the area attractive is the international clientele present all year round, winter included.
