The accommodation The villa extends over three levels, designed so that 16 to 20 travelers can share the same roof without ever feeling on top of each other. Two automatic gates give access to 6 private parking spaces. On the terrace level, a 70 m² living room opens onto a 130 m² covered terrace with a fully equipped summer kitchen: barbecue, plancha, dishwasher and microwave. Dinners for up to 20 people can be enjoyed outside, even when it rains. The covered spa and outdoor shower are also accessible from this level. This level also includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional kitchen. The first floor brings together four en-suite bedrooms, each with private bathroom and air conditioning, two of which are equipped with an integrated hammam shower. A 25 m² solarium completes this level. At the pool level, an independent apartment with direct views of the pool can accommodate 5 to 6 people. It has an open kitchen, as well as a hammam and a sauna. The 11.5-metre swimming pool includes a shallow submerged beach, ideal for young children. It can be heated from April to October. All around: a shaded pergola, sunbathing terraces and a playground lawn with table tennis, mini-golf and pétanque. For families, a cot, high chair, baby bouncer, car seat and stroller are available on request. No need to take them with you in your luggage. The villa is equipped with an alarm connected to a 24-hour remote monitoring center and regularly checked fire extinguishers. Everything is taken care of. Traveler access The entire villa is privatized for your group. Two independent automatic gates provide separate access to each level, so each family or sub-group has their own entrance, parking and privacy, without ever having to walk through each other's space. Other information to note The price displayed includes full access to all wellness facilities: spa, hammam, jacuzzi and sauna, as well as bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. A water and electricity package of €250 per week is included, adjusted according to the meter readings on arrival and departure.
